Meet Our Team

Don Goodrich

President

Don is the Founder and President of Innovative Commercial Interiors (ICI) and ICI Flooring. He started both companies with his former wife Nancy Dudas in 1988. For 15 years ICI was located in Princeton but then moved to the current location in Ewing, New Jersey. Don’s personal interests include golf, working out, traveling, attending Phillies, Sixers and Eagles games along with listening to his all-time favorite music artist, David Bowie. Don resides in Philadelphia.

Anthony Rossetti

Vice President

Anthony Rossetti has worked for ICI for over 35 years and has been in the flooring industry for over 40 years. Anthony’s daily involvement includes overseeing all installation and technical services along with Sales and Project Management. Anthony resides in Hamilton, NJ with his wife of 36 years and two children. Anthony loves sports and especially watching the the NY Mets, NY Jets and NY Nets. He enjoys visiting baseball stadiums around the US and relaxing on the beach.

Kimberly Guagliardo

Part-Owner, P/M, Senior Estimator

Kimberly Guagliardo has worked with ICI for 23 years and counting. She has been in the industry for 30 years. Kim is involved with all phases of a project at ICI from estimating through completion. When not working, she can be found spending time with her family in Hamilton, NJ, enjoying the beach and practicing yoga.

Gary Gronske

Part-Owner, P/M, Senior Estimator

With over 40 years in the industry, Gary is involved in a majority of ICI projects from start to finish. He also assists in managing the ICI sales force and produces monthly status reports for the company. When he is not working he enjoys golf, woodworking & watching Ultimate Frisbee.
